A redesign initiative aimed at transforming a digital platform into a seamless space where musicians can create, mix, and collaborate on music projects in real time. This product combined the power of collaboration with an in-browser audio mixing engine, enabling users to connect creatively, regardless of location.

The existing experience was inconsistent, difficult to navigate, and not optimized for responsiveness. Users found it challenging to locate features, stay engaged, and collaborate smoothly — all of which negatively impacted both creativity and retention.

We collaborated with musicians and stakeholders to understand how they currently create and collaborate. Through interviews and journey mapping, we identified key friction points and uncovered opportunities to build a smoother, more engaging collaboration experience.
