As the sole Product Designer, I led the complete redesign of a customer dashboard for a dorm services platform. I managed everything from client communication to UX strategy and visual design. The goal was to transform an outdated, confusing interface into a modern, student-friendly experience that made booking, tracking, and managing services simple and intuitive.

The original customer dashboard was outdated, confusing, and lacked the clarity students needed to manage essential services. It failed to support a smooth booking experience or give users confidence in the platform.
